Studio Pro (9.5.0) doesnt work

Hi, I am new to Mendix and have problems with installing Mendix Studio Pro. I get an error that one more datatypes cannot be loaded (see below): Would any know how to solve this issue? Many thanks, Paul

Downloaded this one a couple of weeks ago and it runs flawlessly:

Do you have the same build? 25874? If so, delete it, and try once more to download and install it.

Hi Tim,

Thanks for your swift response. It is indeed build 25784, it works perfectly on my laptop but for some reason not on my desktop. I have removed and reinstalled it a couple of times but consistently get this error.

This seems like a corrupt installation. Uninstall and install again. Make sure you have the right permissions during the install.

I have tried both version 9.4 and 9.5 now. I have run them as an administrator in both normal and safe modus. I didn’t get any installation errors but none of the versions work:

version 9.4 doesn’t start up at all
version 9.5 still provides the same error message

Does anyone have any additional ideas?
