Do you have the same build? 25874? If so, delete it, and try once more to download and install it.

Thanks for your swift response. It is indeed build 25784, it works perfectly on my laptop but for some reason not on my desktop. I have removed and reinstalled it a couple of times but consistently get this error.

This seems like a corrupt installation. Uninstall and install again. Make sure you have the right permissions during the install.
I have tried both version 9.4 and 9.5 now. I have run them as an administrator in both normal and safe modus. I didn’t get any installation errors but none of the versions work:
