 It is possible to open a older version of Mendix, for example 18.1 or so. Download the widget there and migrate your project to Mendix 9.5. It is better to do this with an empty, non existing project. Then rightclick the module in the project tree and click on export package. An .mpk file is created. Import this package in your project where you would like to use this widget and you could start working with this widget!
