I am using CSV module to generate CSV files. Can I add in a password to the file?

CSV files are essentially plain text files, so passwords are not supported.

You could look at using the Encryption module in the Marketplace to encrypt the file using PGP. The consumer of this file would then need to decrypt it before they could use it.
