Build Native App for iOS distribution without mac/xCode

How to build Mendix native app for iOS without having a mac OS machine? How to create an .ipa file that can be distributed to others for direct install (similar to android .apk) ? Is uploading/publishing to app store possible without a mac?

Use MS Appcenter. It's a great build tool and also for distribution.
