I selected Build Native App and after that it is just stuck here. I have tried disconnecting VPN, disabling firewall and antivirus, uninstall Studio Pro and Native Builder and then re-install. Nothing worked.

Sometimes it takes a little while. If you feel it gets stuck, try deleting the config file in the nativemobile folder of your project and run again.
