How to do this. please explain me? like when I click on the button it should redirect me to the, another website. thank you in advance.

In the page you want the button to appear, you can add a link button.

Yes it is possible and simple . From Toolbox drag and drop Link button , open property of that link button pass your link over there as mentioned in below image.
