Add radio buttons in the rows of the table using matrix widget

I have a table where rows and columns are dynamically populated. I should have an option to get inputs via radio button in each of the rows. Please Find the screen shot for reference. Please let me know how we can add radio buttons in the rows of a dynamic table populated via matrix widget.
