Hai All, I have an web service which fetch data slowly on initial request but if I use continuously then the performance is better, how to solve the issue on initial request

Are you using a sandbox environment? If so, free apps go to sleep after a little while of not being used and take a little while to start up again. That would explain why your first request takes longer.
