not able to commit as i am getting a popup to fill in username and password for version control server

Hi, I am not able to commit my changes as i am getting the following popup to fill in username and password for version control server. Does anyone know why? what is to be done here?

You can use your mendix username and password here. Teamserver uses your mendix credentials to authenticate and keep track of commit history.
