I have build an application in mendix studio pro 9.7 and deployed it on mendix free cloud, but the app seems to be resuming all the time I open, which is the best version to deploy the application on free cloud ?

I would try upgrading to 9.12 (the MTS version). Does the app start successfully on your development machine? If your free app doesn’t start successfully, you can file a ticket at support.mendix.com.
