Where is the TELCO field service sample app or its replacement?

I am interested in creating a many-to-many relationship will additional attributes beside the 2 ID foreign-key fields. The answer from Rob Bond at https://forum.mendix.com/link/questions/86400 seems to be the pattern I am looking for, but the link to the "TELCO field service sample app" he refers to as an example is broken :-( Is there a different link and/or different sample app I can refer to as an example of this patten?
