Work with Studio Pro behind a company proxy - no connection to the Developer Portal

I work with Studio Pro behind a company proxy. I insert the right credentials in the preferences (tab Advanced). Since version 9.11 I am only able to work offline and I can’t sign in to Developer Portal. I asked the support and they said the issue is fixed with 9.12 but I still have the problem with all versions after 9.10.
