Does this occur for all browsers or just a browser like Internet Explorer? 

The error is coming from the frontend javascript trying to load the widget and failing. This could be because it’s using a more modern javascript than the browser supports. I have seen this with IE before. You should be able to find more details in your browser’s developer tools console.
