It’s few days that while adding activity on a microflow suddenly mendix crash and close without any message, when i try to open the page again it shows a warning message...i’m using the latest version, 9.14.1. What should i do??

I have the same issue for versions 9.12, 9.12.1, 9.13, and 9.13.1 on windows 11
Someone suggested to run it as administrator and it’s working fine with me now.
