Hi, I used Link It chat module and functionality is working fine from User end but Support side is not working. Whatever text sent by User is not displaying on Support pages, but it is available in database and chatbox only displaying on Support page without user texts. Did anyone used LinkIt chat module or do anyone have any idea ?

Hi Diviya,
Can you remove the Xpath constraints for Support user role in the Chat entity and check .
