You'd need to write a microflow that returns the text that you want to display in the tooltip. This for me was very limiting as it doesn't allow you to pass any parameters to the microflow. This in my case means I'd need a microflow for every tooltip which I couldn't justify in my project as I had up to 12 tooltips on one page...
