You can deploy the app on multiple nodes. The project is connected to 1 set of nodes, for example a production and accp environment. You can however create a deployment package from Mendix Studio Pro and upload this to any node to run the app on this node and other nodes.

So a bit more work than automatic deployment from Studio Pro for 1 node, but certainly possible
