Opening url by clicking button in chrome or safari from PWA app

Hello Everyone, I stuck up to implement this task, that user needs to click a link button and that link need to open directly in chrome or safari but I tried in different ways but that url is still opening in the same page in PWA. But when I tested in chrome that url is opening in new tab but the same thing we need in PWA also. The only problem is when I tried to open that in PWA it is opening in same page instead of directly opening in chrome or safari. If anyone has idea or solution about it please answer my query. Thank you.
