LastLogin (Date and Time) displays as epoch time (1670323286383) in textbox within page

When I want to display the Last Login information through Administration.Account/System.User.LastLogin, it will display a epoch time when I was expecting normal DateTime format. The situation is that the LastLogin (DateTime) attribute from System.User is used within a text field which is in a template grid. The security is not a problem, since you can read as Admin. However, it displays as epoch like below "1670323286383". Selecting different format in textfield or adding custom format does not work. Display is the same. This happens in MX 8.18.22 but I couldn't select that option because the last version was 8.18.19 to select from.
