Error while generating document as a same exact page.

Hi guys I’m working on mendix 8.13.1 We have a scenerio to download the exact page how it looks in UI these contains Graphs, charts, diagram and all around corner. I implemented with screenshot widget but, It’s taking only screenshot and give it as a result in PDF. that is not clear we cannot zoom and we couldn’t able to save it also. I tried with (Templator document module) from the app store. So that I can able to generate docs while exploring that widget I’m getting error like this. Sometimes, it’s showing timeout exception, JSON error and parmeter error. Can anyone know how to fix this. And I want to download the whole page with What users seeing in UI.
