See the details of the change per commit

I work as a team, we control our changes but we cannot see the detail of the change between 2 versions. Locally, before the commit, it is possible. Is there a page where you can see the details of a committed change and the difference between 2 versions.?

You can try using tortoise SVN to check for modifications including unversioned files.
