The Entry is not getting saved in the association table, how to store?

I am trying to upload a file when i upload file, the Entry is not getting saved in the association table, i want list of all the attached files.(to get that i am using Retrieve object by association) below is the microflow used to upload file

Are you setting the association somewhere in your microflow, and then committing?

Try making sure the object commits? I see it’s still marked as “Commit : no”
