What makes the file size of the .mpr model and .mpk module?

I am asking the question because I removed a lot of pages, entities and microflows from my model. I was expecting the size of the .mpr to decrease a lot but it didn’t.

The model contains the CSS and related files. All widgets used or not, Java classes.
