Additional files Download failed for Mendix Studio Pro 9.21.0

Dear colleague, I failed to install Mendix Pro 9.21.0 in my laptop. System reports “Download failed: The operation timeout.” I have successfully download “Mendix-9.21.0.59661-Setup.exe”, and start installation until it comes to the step of “Downloading additional files” “Please wait while Setup is downloading additional files...”. Then, after quite some time, it reports failure as below. How to solve this problem to get Mendix Pro installed?

How is your internet connection?
Seems to me that limited connection is bugging you.
Other option is that your firewall is blocking downloads, which I doubt, since you were able to download Studio Pro in the first place
