copy a folder of 9.19 version to 9.22 version

I am able to copy and paste a folder in same version applications. But i’m not able to copy and paste in different versions. I want to copy a folder of 9.19 version to 9.22 version. I copied in 9.19 but there is no paste option in 9.22, it is disabled. Can someone help?

Hi Venu,

we cannot copy and paste between different versions. To do so, you have to upgrade both (Same) apps to newer version. If don’t want to upgrade the older version app completely, then take out the Branch from 9.19, upgrade it to 9.22. Then Copy Paste the folder you want from this branch to app with version 9.22.
