A CSV file format means the file has Comma Separated Values, but it can also be other separators depending on your language. Here, the “comma” is a semicolon.

 

You can open a CSV file in any spreadsheet program like Microsoft Excel. Modern Excel versions should already be smart enough to display it in tabular form, but if that’s not the case, follow these instructions:

  1. Mark column A where all the values 
  2. Go to Data → Text to Columns
  3. In step 2 of the wizard, select “Semi colon” as separator
