You could retry downloading the application from: My Apps, by entering to you application and clicking on edit in Studio Pro:
And then you may want to try downloading the app in another empty directory, and be aware that OneDrive syncronization may be the problem if a conflict occurred during the app retrieval.

It could be momentary downtime or your network.
Try connecting from your mobile hotspot, it should definitely work.
