Error creating new app

Hello Community, I can’t able to create new blank app through studio pro. When I do so, it throws an error – Failed to retrieve start point Thanks in advance

This will happen to me also . I think the reasons are - internet connection error, caches in studio pro, didnt have latest version . If not then you should contact the mendix support.
