Error when selecting As an associated object id on an entity

Consistent error any time the above is the selected radio button.  Why?

Hi Ron Rectenwald,

                                   This thing (consistency error) occurs is when you drag a Create Object activity into the microflow, but do not specify what entity should be used as a data source to create the object. or else if u have retrieve Open the properties of Retrieve and set an association in Data Source.

I hope it works.. if it not works plse do update your question some more clearly
