Hi A., In this case it would be usefull to see the complete error message. If the issue still persists steps you could take are: 1) close the modeler, restart the modeler with the application, try running the application again. If that failes you can try 2) uninstall the modeler version 9.24.0, restart your computer, re-install modeler 9.24.0, try running the application again.

If both these options fail I would suggest you post the entire error message.
