Cant change any css or scss file in Mendix Studio 9.18.0 when starting with a SAP blank app

Hello, When I am changing something in any of the style files and I run the app the style remains the same as default in the browser. what Do I need to do? I tried ctrl-F5 I tried disabling the cash I tried adding my own css files I see the change in my file and in the browser the stylesheet is like the change was never made. I can only apply some changes using the properties/style but that is not very useful. Thank you in advance
