Issues with updating form as the user submits their information

Hello everyone, I am having an issue when submitting a form. I am creating a webapp where the user submits some financial details to make a purchase. I have all of these fields that have to be completed and then refresh to a new form when filled. And that is where I have the issue. For some reason, it is not updating at all. The only one updating is the Account field where I used a custom dropdown since I needed to display different strings. I have tried to create microflows for those respective fields and update as the user fills the form by using the on change event but it hasn’t worked well. Any suggestions on what I can do? Thanks!
