Email connector | Encryption string is empty Error

Hi, The encryption string returns empty even though I have added 32 characters Encription key & 16 characters for LegacyEncryptionKey. Followed below points, 1. Rpdate to the latest version 2. Removing unwanted jars from user lib based on documentation 3. Cleaning the deployment package Nothing works! Does anyone have the same issue? Let me know how to fix it. Thank you.

Hi,

These constants are based on your environment. Are you sure you’ve updated them correctly? In a licensed app, you can do this at Environments > Details (of your environment) > Model options. Then check the right constants.

If you just update the default values in Studio Pro, this will work locally and for new environments, but changing a default will not update values in running environments
