Mendix showing repeatedly Removing Breakpoints after excluding multiple Microflows from the project?

Hey guys, I have exluded 10 Microflows from the project at the same time. Mendix has been giving me these messages: repeatedly on and off for quite some time. Is this a bug, or is this normal? I did have some breakpoints, but isnt it taking too long? I just need some reassurance or guidance. I have already closed and restarted mendix, i still get this message right at the beginning before the app starts. I even restarted my PC and then started the App on Mendix again, still the same message. The only thing i can think of is to just wait it out? Or does anyone have any other suggestions? Thank you!
