How to create styling folder as given in screenshot

I have created a new module by right click on the app. But I also want styling folder to be automatically created but that styling folder is missing. Can any one please help me out like how do I get this styling folder or how do I create this folder given in the screenshot.

Rightclick on the module and select mark as UI resource module.
