Hi Milind,

To edit and delete, you would want to place the buttons inside the row.

Not 100% sure if it is the same in Mx 10.0, but in 10.5, if you select the datasource and then select the attributes, the edit and delete buttons are added automatically. 

If by download you mean "export to excel", please look at this link explaining this functionality.
