Do we have a feature where , when we click a submit button, we can do a api call to read a log real time, ie it should keep updating on the data populated in a call.. we can make a api call to get the log, but need to see it real time on whats going on. is this something we can do using mendix after clicking the submit button.

If it is not required to have this information directly available in your application, you could select to view the live log in a cloud environment.
If you want to have it stored in your app, you could check out marketplace content like this module.
