Object reference not set to an instance of an object error in latest Mendix 10.6.1 version

I'm working on an app in Mendix 10.6.1 and getting this error which doesn't allow me to open the app. Once when it opened, dependencies were asked to resolve. It would be highly appreciated if support@mendix.com could look into this asap
