When i upgraded the Studio Pro version to 10.6.2 from version 9, i have seen significant slowness in loading the pages in the Studio Pro. Whenever i clicks a new page or go to different page, it takes minimum 6 seconds to load. What shall i do? It is not as seamless as it was.

In the latest version of Mendix Studio Pro, a number of performance fixes were implemented. It might be worth upgrading to 10.6.2 to see if that resolves your issue.
