How to access Deeplink as anonymous user when we use customized SSO?

Hello everyone, We are facing one issue while working on deeplink. We customized login.html for custom SSO implementation for user login. When logged in user access the deeplink user is able to see the expected screen. But, when anonymous user click on deeplink, they are not able to see login screen to enter credentials. Instead user is getting this text on the webpage "No webpage found for the web address: {deeplink url}". Is this issue occuring because of customized SSO implementation or anything need to be done to solve this issue. Thank you.
