Error in commit in team server and open jdk binary platform

In Mendix 10.6.3 version there is a problem in updating the commits in team server. In the app local commit the app is working smoothly. While publishing the app main features of the app are not working properly and also app becomes slow. While working on the app, suddenly the port number got changes, jdk binary platform got issue so that app is not running sometimes. These bugs are profound active in the Mendix 10.6.3 version
