Difference between Page URL feature in mendix 9.24.4 and mendix 10.6.4

Hello, In Mendix 9.24.4 and In Mendix 10.6.4, both the places I can see a common feature called page URL. What the advantage of feature Page URL in mendix 10.6.4 over the feature Page URL in mendix 9.24.4.   Please help me out. Thanks
