upgrading - error shown when loading app

Good Afternoon, I recently upgraded my app from a version in 7 to 8.18.19. I went to go into today direct from the modeler and it came up with this error. I then tried to open it from the developer portal and it showed the below error. Can anyone guide me on what to do to get it to open? Thanks very much Jess

Hi Jessica,

open 8.18.19 version modeler and click on open app locally,

and select mpr file inside your project directory

after this , it will come in Apps list and you can open directly
