How to Add table format data By using created Data grid in UI/UX

Hi I Am trying to Add Table format data by Using created Data grid data in UI, But i am unable to add like a Table Box. For the below Snip ID and Name is created in UI As a Data Grid. I am Trying to Add these data, when we select One ID(one Row) and click on Add button it will add like as a table box(As shown in right Side)
