Can Anyone Help Me Fix This Issue With Not Being Able To Edit Work Environment Settings
0
Hi all, I'm currently using Mendix Studio Pro 10.15.0 Beta and encountering an issue where I can't change the visual theme in the application. The options for "Auto (System theme)," "Light," and "Dark" in the preferences are all grayed out, and I'm unable to select them. I'm trying to change this because Studio Pro doesn't seem to be inheriting the system theme properly causing Studio Pro to show up like the image attached. I've tried restarting Mendix Studio Pro after accessing these settings, but the issue persists. Here's what I've already tried: Checked my macOS system preferences for display and appearance settings (everything seems normal). Ensured that I'm running Mendix Studio Pro as an administrator. Restarted the application after attempting to make changes, but the options are still disabled. Verified that I have the latest version of macOS installed. Is this a bug with the 10.15.0 Beta version, or could there be some other setting or conflict I might have overlooked? Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help! I had the same problem. here are some tips for now.
Please try uninstalling previous StudioPro versions and also clean any residues.
Changing thte Appearance to Dark/Light will actually change the theme. But you need to restart StudioPro everytime.
However I am expecting Mendix Team to enable this Work Environment option for user independent of System Settings in the next beta versions.
