Difference between Mx Translate command and Batch Translate option?

Hello,   I read that since 10.18 it is possible to import and export translateable texts using the command line. The Mendix Docs section explains how to accomplish this, but i can't find any info on what the advantages of this method are, when you compare it with using the old batch translate option from the Mendix Modeler.   They both import and export translateable excel files, so does anyone know what the differences/advantages are between these methods?   Thanks!

The functionality is the same but the command line tools can be used in CI/CD and other scripting tools.
