Error in startup - NoSuchElementException - Why and How?

Hi guru's, I had this NoSuchElementException when mendix runtime starts in my 5.19 modeler. I found a solution for this by cleaning the deployment directory(option in modeler) However i would like to know how this solves the error?

Can you provide some more details please? I guess there is more information provided in the console log, or?
