Cannot start environment, but no errors

We are not able to start the Test environment of a new application, even with the initial revision. In the log, we don't get any error. Anyone experienced this before?

Did you try the database and this model local? If this works file a support ticket.

It was the project security that was 'Off'... My bad, but would be nice to get a notification.
