Strange behavior Modeler: Template of messages shows as empty

This morning I updated my project and I noticed that some "Show message" activities no longer had their template text shown in the Modeler. Offcourse I followed protocol and first accused my colleagues of removing them, but the template text is visible in their Modelers and nothing has changed in the affected flows. I removed the project, imported it again from the teamserver but the messages still show as empty in my Modeler. If I run the application locally the messages do show up. Recently I also had empty templates for some validation messages, but I assumed it had something to do with the move from mendix 6 to 7. Anyone else had this behavior?
