How to create a custom Starter App for new apps within a company?

Hi there We've built a custom 'template app' to use throughout our organisation that acts as a starting point for new apps, including extensive styles, best practices and page templates. Is there a way for us to have this app included in the Starter App area when creating a new app? I'm confident I've read a topic or documentation on this before but cant for the life of me find it now.. ANy guidance would be really useful Cheers
